Questions about working from home
By Judi on Jul 21, 2010 in wahm
For some time I have had questions. Let’s just saying working from home is not sitting around eating bonbons all day, far from it. One question I often find myself asking is this — are all the other WAHMs out there really doing as good as they say they are? Or is it all just bravado?
It almost seems as if I have lost touch with the networking that I was getting accomplished, and this makes me question. All the sudden I am getting all these emails and messages that say, “Make $80,000 a month like I do, it’s easy!”
For starters I know it isn’t easy. It’s mostly hard work and stick-to-it-ness.
Many times you may feel like I do right now, cut off and out of it. Working from home is a very solitary type business. You often don’t have anyone to share these questions or thoughts with. It is only in venues such as blogs, FB and twitter that we receive answers and then some days it is hit or miss.
So, if you are a WAHM, how are you doing? Are there moments that you are ready to throw in the towel, or are you making $80,000 a month like my emails keep claiming?
