Well it is day 15 of the Fat Loss Quickie Home Office Program program for me. I am not so sure were the last two weeks went to. They seem to have just buzzed by me. I do have some interesting progress to report.
Since my disappointing scale incident last week I haven’t stepped on the scale again. I have decided to wait until next Monday. I am being really careful as to what I eat. Still no soda and no eating after 7PM. I am also not eating meat Mon – Tues – Wed. I know from all my training that meat is very hard for your system to digest. So it is fruits, veggies, whole grains and yogurt for me. We will see if this will help me lose this week!
Another great thing about the Fat Loss Quickie Home Office Program program. When I started I just went out in the garage and got my little weights. They are little 4 pounders that I have had for years. This weekend I went to Walmart, what an adventure for another blog, and bought 8 pound weights. Well I think after the work out this morning I am in, what did army PT call it? Muscle failure. I really have noodle arms! That extra few pounds really made a difference to the work out this morning!
Another thing … and then I will quit blabbing honest, anyways my noodle arms are starting to protest the typing… I have been so much more productive these past two weeks. Not only more productive, but actually focused. It may be because of the workouts and I will give them there kudos but …
What this program is giving me is a lot more confidence. I am starting to be more … social? Not that I was a wallflower, but this program is giving me confidence. I am making new connections and I really think that the confidence and the focus is going to sky rocket my business! I have so many ideas that just pump through my brain! Just way to cool!

While that phrase may do nothing for the search engines it has a lot to do with my life lately!
We are in our 3rd week of virtual school for the year. And to be brutally honest I don’t think it is working out. We are going to have to rethink this and go back to the planning stage I think. So this week has been a challenge, not to mention that Marilyn’s computer crashed. That is just a challenge of being a WAHM.
And yes I know I haven’t blogged about my computer butt. Trust me, it is still there. I did really good last week and then I stepped on the scale this week and discovered that I hadn’t lost any weight. That was a bit depressing. I gave up soda and haven’t been eating after 7PM, but the stupid scale didn’t budge. That kinda threw me for a loop. Wasn’t expecting major miracles but a pound would have been nice.
That being said, I missed Monday because I was just too lazy on the long weekend. Yesterday I was extremely bad and only did the workout and then had dinner at McDonalds. I had a fish sandwich, but … still that was bad.
Funny thing is I ordered it supersized …. And before you yell at me, I didn’t order it for the fries. Matter of fact I gave most of mine to the girls. But I really wanted that supersized coke. I had been dreaming of it. You know the cold icy coke with the bubbles …
Ok here’s the deal. It tasted nasty. What’s the deal with that? Was it a bad coke? Or could it be that after being “on the wagon” for a week, my taste buds just didn’t want it?
Well whichever it was I am back to the diet this morning and the Fat Loss Quickie workouts. Just because I have stumbled, doesn’t mean I can give up. I have 13 weeks until we leave for Disney World. I refuse to be lugging this computer butt around 4 parks. It just is not invited!
I will be checking in, hopefully with less computer butt following me around!

This week has just gone by in a flash! This week has been tough and challenging but I have gotten so much done! To top that all off I have so many ideas buzzing around in my head it is scary!
Today was day 5 in the Fat Loss Quickie Home Office Program. There are some great people participating in this challenge. What a way to be held accountable and stick to it! Today I did my work out late this afternoon, but now I feel like I could easily keep cranking out the ideas for awhile!
I have made 2 other changes in my lifestyle too. I have stopped eating after 7PM. Boy has this been hard! OK last night I slipped up, but nothing after 9, and since I am a night owl I guess that was ok. I know that eating late and then going to sleep let’s those calories just sit there. Your digestive system needs rest too! This is my way of giving it a break.
The other change? (and believe me this is huge for me) I have given up soda. Now I have to have my daily coke. Well no more. And no I didn’t just switch to diet, I have not had any soda since Monday! I am so proud of myself. For me that is a life changing thing. I have been living on water and iced tea (brewed by me). I think that has something to do with my change of attitude as well!
Well it is time for the weekend. It’s a long weekend too. Think I am going to enjoy the great outdoors with my kids!
